About MetroBank
MetroBank is a mobile bank application where a user can perform all bank activities with some major features added to solve current bank issues. It can also be called the future of banking because it has features which involves the use of latest trends in UI Design and in tech. This can also help banks to be more smarter in terms of the services given to customer and also makes work less stressful for bankers .This is the future of fintech.
Why MetroBank
As we all know bank is a financial institution where customers can save or borrow money. Banks also invest money to build up their reserve of money. The world in general is moving and tending towards the latest trends in technology where we have examples like Artificial Intelligence , Data science ,Data Analysis etc, all this is used in the metro bank application to make the bank more smarter. MetroBank comes in as future banking which simply benefits both the business and the users in general , which performs all activities which is currently done in the banking sector and which is yet to come.

Research
I conducted my research by conducting an interview going through both quantitative and qualitative analysis Talking of some people that are applicable to this kind of application which we have the users and the workers and also by creating this application there will be other people to work in this field to make this project a success so I interviewed the following people
Product Goals
One of the qualities good product designer will help design products that work well across a variety of use cases across a wide range of audiences, from mobile to desktop, from sites to apps. Also creating a good and solid user experience for users and also balancing the users needs with the product goals

- Budget:
Having a good savings and solid stats of how users spent their money is a very important .So there is a budget feature that actually gives a breakdown of how the money have been spent and give stats for the month
- Voice Virtual Activated assistant:
This is an AI feature that helps work less stressful for bank employees and the users , this simply works by speaking with the bot about any information about the users bank data and it gives a response . This works by connecting the bank data with the assistant which is well secured and gives swift response
- Tracking ATM Card:
This is a feature that came from an inspiration of an apple product launched which is called the airtag , this works by connecting the mobile app to the airtag around the users environment and using it to search for what it has been attached to. So this will be of help by applying it to the atm card which helps in find lost atm card around the user .This principle doesn’t change anything about the atm card it is still compatible as it is , another reference for this is kind of method is the chipolo card spot
